You reside within the jurisdiction of the Tokyo Regional Immigration Bureau, which includes all its branches.(Tokyo,Kanagawa, Chiba, Saitama, Gunma, Tochigi, Ibaraki etc)
This service covers everything you need for a smooth visa extension process, including:
Visa Extention application draft: We will prepare a draft of your application form based on the information provided by the online registration.
Application submission: We will submit your application directoly to the Tokyo Immigration in Shinagawa.
Immigration notifications: We will receive all notifications from the Immigration on your behalf.
Resident card Collection: We will pick up your new resident card at Tokyo Immigration.
Secure Delivery: We'll forward your new resident card to your residential address via registered mail (LetterPack Plus).
